Tournament procedure
Tournament eligibility
Guests who are members of an affiliated golf club are also eligible to participate in our club’s openly advertised tournaments. The golf club must be recognized by the respective National Golf Association. The maximum handicap is 36 and must be certified. Guests may take part in four tournaments per season and are not eligible to play in member-only tournaments (these are advertised accordingly). Applications to participate in a tournament may be made up to 12.00 h two days before the tournament by providing name, first name, home club, ID number and exact EGA handicap. The starting list will be published from 12.00 h on the day before the tournament (Turnierinfo und swissgolfnetwork.ch).
Rules
All tournaments take place in accordance with the valid rules of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, the Swiss Golf association (ASG) and the local rules of Interlaken- Unterseen Golf Club. The ASG rules and guidelines are fully applicable. More information and conditions are found in the Interlaken-Unterseen Golf Club tournament rules. The competition committee reserves the right to amend the current programme and the conditions of individual competitions.
